The attorney behind TBL

Full transparency, TBL was never part of the plan. My law journey started in general practice before transitioning into personal injury and, eventually, business law (hi, TBL). I never expected to be here, providing business owners like you with legal solutions and contract templates. But after a nightmare situation with a past business partner led to a series of legal woes, I realized that if business law was confusing to me, a literal lawyer, it must be wildly confusing to the everyday entrepreneur. 

Cue the desire to offer something different. Something better.

I knew I had the right combination of experience, education, and skills, so a few years ago, I took the leap. The Boutique Lawyer has been serving brands big and small with accessible, simple, and effective legal solutions ever since.

For me, it’s not just about protecting what you’ve worked so hard to build. It’s about taking one thing off your “things to worry about” plate and offering you a little peace of mind in the process. As a mom of 4 and a serial entrepreneur, I understand how truly precious every minute is, and if I can give you a few back, I’ve done my job.
