- Custom Build or Template Customization. Each timeline works with either build type. The Designer Templates clause protects your underlying template for customization projects.

- Full prepayment, full calendar protection. Payment is due before the Project Period begins. Cancellation tiers are time-based (14+ days, within 14 days, after start) to match how intensive bookings work. Includes a credit-toward-reschedule option that reduces disputes.
- Overflow clause with accountability. Can't finish in time because of something on your end? You have 48 hours (day) or 2 business days (week) to complete at no charge. Client caused the delay? Overflow is billed hourly. This single clause prevents the most common intensive project conflict.
- Response time expectations built in. 30 minutes for VIP days, 2 hours for week-long sprints. Clients know they need to be present and responsive during the Project Period.
- One free reschedule. Reduces cancellation disputes. Clients who need to move their date get one shot with 7 days' notice. After that, fees apply.
- Late content policy. If client materials aren't in by the deadline, you choose: reschedule with a fee, or proceed with what's available and disclaim responsibility for the gaps.
- Post-launch revisions on a timer. 1-2 rounds, 5-7 business days, 2-3 hour cap. After that, the project is done.
